Short Bio

My name is Levi Bastian Redcross.  In August 2016 I received my 200hr RYT certificate.  I now teach yoga full-time.  I love to develop creative and challenging sequences that help my students recognize stiffness and/or openness in their own bodies and minds.  My goal is to give my students the tools they need to further their own yoga practice and improve self awareness.
