Explore balance and stability through the practice of arm balancing with Levi Redcross. Arm balancing is an element of practice that introduces creativity, grace and fosters a connection with your innate playfulness and courage. Rather than relying on force, we will stimulate internal fire and translate that energy toward learning the mechanics of balance. We will begin by discussing the different types of arm balances and how they can be interpreted in practice and in the mind. Warm-ups will focus on awakening the fundamental components for arm balancing such as the wrists, shoulders, and core. Students can expect to see crow, running man, eight angle, and additional poses upon request. All levels are welcome.
