Initiate your yoga practice in an environment made to foster growth. Levi Redcross will be introducing yoga for absolute beginners. Start by discussing the principles of yoga and what it means to be connected to the breath. Learn the fundamentals of yoga postures to build flexibility and strength at a slower, steadier pace, and find modifications for postures that work best for your body. This class will prepare you to enter vinyasa-based classes with confidence! Though this class is geared toward beginners, all levels will be welcomed. Yoga encourages self-awareness, develops muscular flexibility and strength, and fosters spiritual growth. Understanding yoga basics can be pivotal for a strong practice.
