Winter Solstice – 108 by Candlelight
Join Levi and Tori as we celebrate the winter solstice by candlelight. We will move together through 108 traditional Sun Salutations. You may choose to join for all 108, or take a moment in child’s pose as needed at any time! Aromatherapy will be incorporated throughout practice, as well as feel-good adjustments during an extended Savasana. After class, we’ll rehydrate with refreshing infused water.
