I’ve always loved teaching yoga.  I love to give.  I love to see others grow and develop their practice. I do believe that Vinyasa is especially important to learn.  It helps the practitioner to learn the connection between the breath and movement. But Vinyasa-based classes often do not encourage you to learn each asana thoroughly and intimately.  And there is a limit to how well you can learn each pose in a class structure like this.  Everyone deserves to know these poses intimately, and I want to offer that opportunity.

During the next month or so I’ll be developing and launching a One-on-One Personal Instruction program for yoga practitioners.  We will start and develop a practice that will deepen your understanding of yourself so that wherever you go, you will also have a strong foundation for your practice.

I am currently looking for a few yogis to start my Personal Instruction program.   Those who are first to this program will receive two free sessions with me.  If you are interested, please fill out the Survey and I will be sure to get back to you as soon as I can
